Terms & Conditions
- 1.) Rates are excluding 12% GST.
- 2.) Children above 10 years of age will be considered as extra person.
- 3.) Extra bed charges are fixed @ Rs. 500/- per night.
- 4.) Special rates will be considered for Group Bookings.
- 5.) It is mandatory for all customers and their visitors to share their ID cards. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and visa.
- 6.) Check in time is 12.00 PM and check -out time is 11.00 am, subject to availability early check in and check out will be considered.
- 7.) When leaving the room guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked, loss of room key/card subject to compensation.
- 8.) Restaurant is open from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. Room service is open until 11.00 pm
- 9.) Local guide services, transportation/tax services will be provided upon advance request.
- 10.) 50% advance payment required to confirm the booking. No charges will be levied if bookings are cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival beyond no refund will be given.
- 11.) We accept all major credit/debit cards. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
- 12.) Free WIFI, Multicuisine Restaurant, Room Service, Room Boy service (24 hours), Catering Services, Conference/Banquet Hall upto 1000 pax, vast parking space.
